待望の「アトリエ ロゴ」を、私の独自技法・**半立体色彩画（よしかづ画法）**にて作品化いたしました。
「Atelier Parkour」のロゴは、アトリエを立ち上げると同時に制作したものです。思いのほか評判が良く、数年前から「このロゴを作品として観てみたい」というお声を多くいただいておりました。そして、ようやく作品として完成いたしました。
まずは、「Atelier Parkour」という名前について少しご説明させてください。
2000年から2005年、フランス滞在中に「parkour（パルクール）」という言葉に出会いました。現在では以前よりも広く知られるようになった言葉です。その意味は、英語でいう「free running」に近く、たとえば、自分がビルの屋上に立っていると想定してみてください。1km先にある鉄塔をゴールと定め、屋根や壁を伝いながら、目的地へまっすぐに突き進む——まさに「自分の選んだ道を行く」という言葉がふさわしいスポーツです。
この言葉の持つ意味合いは、「アートで我が道を行く」という私の制作姿勢と重なり、以来、好んでアトリエの名前として使用するようになりました。
手の下に描かれた、光る「丸い玉」は、エネルギー体の塊を表しています。このエネルギーもまた、アートの思考と深く結びついています。アートとは、一つの創造を種として、大きく作品へと育てていく営みです。そしてこの創造の力は、計り知れないほど大きなエネルギーを消費します。その様子を、視覚的に表現いたしました。
「Atelier Parkour」のロゴとともに、アートが持つ勢いと熱量を、ぜひ感じていただければ幸いです。
A long-awaited piece: the logo of Atelier Parkour, brought to life through Yoshikazu KAJIKAWA’s signature technique, Semi 3D Yoshikazu Artworks.
The Atelier Parkour logo was created at the very founding of the studio. Over the years, it earned an unexpected following of its own — and for several years, admirers had asked to see it reimagined as a full-scale artwork. That moment has finally arrived.
First, a word on the name itself.
Between 2000 and 2005, while living in France, KAJIKAWA encountered the word parkour — now far more widely known than it once was. Close to the English concept of “free running,” parkour is best understood through a simple scenario: imagine standing on a rooftop, with a tower one kilometer away as your destination. You move toward it in a straight, uninterrupted line — scaling walls, crossing rooftops, refusing every detour. It is, in essence, the practice of choosing your own path and committing to it completely.
That spirit resonated deeply with KAJIKAWA’s own approach to art — forging one’s own path through creation — and the name was adopted as a guiding philosophy.
Beneath the figure’s outstretched hand glows a small, radiant sphere: a concentrated mass of energy. This, too, speaks to the nature of artistic creation. Art begins as a single seed of imagination, which must be nurtured and expanded into something whole. That process of creation demands an extraordinary, almost overwhelming amount of energy — and this glowing sphere is its visual form.
Alongside the Atelier Parkour logo, KAJIKAWA hopes viewers will feel something of art’s raw momentum — its drive, its energy, its refusal to stop moving forward.
