時々、パリ時代に食べていた主食の焼き立てのバゲットを思い出します。
焼き立ては外がカリッと硬くて、中が湯気の出るような熱とワタのような柔らかさが口内を刺激し、
バターと薄い塩味を味覚に伝えてくれていました。
美味かった。
気軽にバゲットを食べ歩ける環境は平和な感じがします。
路上や公園でバゲットを摘む。
すると「飛行する魚」がやってきます。
言うなれば、スズメをイメージすれば良いかも。

Sometimes I recall the fresh baguettes I lived on during my years in Paris. The crust was crisp and firm, while the inside released steam—soft as cotton and alive with warmth—filling my mouth with the gentle taste of butter and salt. Delicious. The ease of walking the streets or sitting in a park with a baguette felt like a small sign of peace.
And then, a “flying fish” would appear—think of it as a sparrow in spirit.
